FlowBu Refund Policy
FlowBu is sold as a one-time-purchase desktop software license.
1. 15-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 15 days of your original purchase date.
To request a refund, email info@flowbu.io from the email address used at checkout and include your order number if available.
After 15 days, purchases are final except where a refund is required by applicable law.
2. License Status After a Refund
When a full refund is approved, FlowBu LLC may mark the associated FlowBu license as refunded or revoked.
FlowBu periodically checks license status when the app is open and an internet connection is available. A refunded or revoked license may be restricted the next time FlowBu successfully completes a license-status check.
License restriction may not happen immediately. If a device remains offline or cannot contact the license-status service, FlowBu may not receive the refunded or revoked status until a later successful check.
We do not guarantee immediate remote disablement of an installed copy of FlowBu.
3. Local Data After Refund or Revocation
A refund or license revocation may restrict access to FlowBu, including returning the application to its activation screen.
FlowBu does not automatically delete your local briefs, calendars, archives, reports, notes, or other data when access is restricted. That data remains stored on your device unless you choose to remove it.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your own data.
4. Refund Limits and Abuse
We may deny or limit refund requests where we reasonably believe a purchase, refund request, chargeback, or license use involves fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, resale, repeated refund activity, or an attempt to obtain or retain FlowBu without payment.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
5. Chargebacks and Fraud
Please contact info@flowbu.io before filing a payment dispute. We can often resolve genuine payment, delivery, installation, or activation issues directly.
We may revoke or restrict licenses associated with fraud, unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes, or misuse.
